no.. I can't and I would'nt.. I can handle this. I am fine now. Just a little anxiety from time to time, but the "thoughts" arent there to accompany it. Probably just "habit". And, when it does arise, it goes away pretty quickly because I think some ugly thoughts (that are true) and I'm back on MY lifes trail, and this weeked was with my kids.. Oh, and by the way, HOOK 'EM HORNS!!! my daughter is bummed (OU student)

Sounds really good, the only problem I see is that everyone of your bullets starts out "...to not" or with some negative connotation. I am a firm believer in the power of words and power of intention and I would rewrite that list if I were you and insted write down what you are committed to creating or having in your life and not want your committed to not having. Look at the best boxers for example before a fight they always say I am going to knock him out or something to that effect not I am not going to get knocked out. Motivational speakers don't talk about what not to do they talk about what to do. Successful people talk about what they are committed to having not what they aren't going to have. Anyway best of luck to you with it all.

Sweet! Maybe also look into some positive thinking books. There is so much information out there take advantage of it. For me I read a lot and so I am all about buying used books from Amazon.com much of the time you can buy a $20-30 book used for $1-3. Again best of luck to you with all of this :D
