dharris27 Posted October 8, 2008 Posted October 8, 2008 I was walking out of a pizza place when a member of one of my favorite bands came up and took my arm. I had watched him the whole night as they played, just an hour before that, telling my friends how attractive he was...what were the odds this famous (in the indie scene) guy would come up and take my arm and suggest he wanted to be shown the town and meet people. Another guy i know was with him, so we all headed out on the town. Long story short, i don't typically get down with one night stands. I kept getting the feeling that he would try to come home with me...which, he didn't drink and i didn't drink that night so he was very polite (and french) so really i don't know why i resisted so much at first. We talked all night at my place. He kept making excuses to stay over and finally asked if he could hug me, then kiss me. He had already given me his e-mail and such before we kissed and made us friends on facebook. He ended up spending the night and we did sleep together. He claimed that i was his first "lover" since he left france and that basically he'd had a lover six months back. He asked me if i had a lover and i didn't, said he would write. Wanted to hang out the next morning...my head was spinning, it was like a dream...not because i ever thought we'd be more than a one time thing, but just because what were the odds? I'd never met a dreamer guy nor had a dreamier one night stand. It was so civil and sweet. The funny part comes when i log onto facebook two weeks later and he has written all over his page how he'd fallen in love with a girl in new york and they were now in a relationship. Just two weeks later, hadn't written me, instead fell in love with a girl he met for 24 hours. I burst out laughing, it just felt like a sitcom or something. Still, seems so strange...in a dreamy way, although i didn't feel in love with him, my ego wishes it was me. So funny...

I hope you get it back, or your insurance covers a replacement. Prostheses sell for good money on eBay, and I keep my collection of dildos secure at all times.
pandagirl Posted October 8, 2008 Posted October 8, 2008 Aw, rockstar crushes are so fun. I was lucky enough to meet my dreamboat when I was 19 and turned down the chance to sleep with him. Ugh. Even back then, I was way too responsible for my own good. But, it was romantic and I will always remember those memories for the rest of my life!
