Author Angel1111 Posted October 8, 2008 Author Posted October 8, 2008 You know what you are doing Angel and I think you are happy with how it is. The most important thing is that we are happy with our choices, it does not matter what anyone else thinks as long as our choices are suited to ourselves. If you know what I mean lol Yep. I know what you mean.
dannydrifter Posted October 8, 2008 Posted October 8, 2008 I feel the same way about single guys - can't seem to be able to find any. What's up with that? Nothing up with that but maybe you're too picky! If you want a single guy I am available and in my mid 30s
trueblue72ny Posted October 8, 2008 Posted October 8, 2008 Sound words of advice.. no one really likes to be second best..
Author Angel1111 Posted October 8, 2008 Author Posted October 8, 2008 Nothing up with that but maybe you're too picky! If you want a single guy I am available and in my mid 30s Sorry, it won't work (what a surprise). I'm 49. And, yes, I am picky. I'd prefer to be alone than be with the wrong guy. Too many times, I wasn't picky enough and I just couldn't handle the relationships. I thought this guy was the right guy, but I was wrong...yet again. He told me once that I was with him because he was safe. On a subconscious level, there's probably some truth in that.
Author Angel1111 Posted October 8, 2008 Author Posted October 8, 2008 The other day when I was talking to him on the phone, I was eating lunch at my desk - Chinese food. I made a joke to him about opening my fortune cookie and he told me to read it to him. This is what it said: "From a past misfortune, good luck will come to you!" This was sitting on my desk and just noticed it again today. I didn't catch the irony until now.
