agualibre Posted October 1, 2008 Posted October 1, 2008 O.k. so I know this seems like a silly question... And I will risk being silly. I met this really awesome guy late Saturday night while studying at a cafe. He was studying as well. We are both grad students in different programs. We started to talk and... well, I could tell I had sort of intrigued him. I am a pretty opinionated, educated woman and can potentially annoy men that don't like it, but it seemed like he really did. He asked me for my phone number and said he had a really good time talking, maybe we could go for a run together... I sort of just looked at him, evaluating the suggestion... because I don't go off running with guys I don't know into the woods, which there is mostly around here... but it seemed like an innocent enough suggestion, though maybe my pause caught him by surprise... it seemed like he was pretty aware of my nonverbal communication the whole time we were talking. So that was Saturday night... and its now Tuesday night... and he hasn't called. Which, I thought by day 3 he would right? I keep wondering if I said something wrong....
Konfuzion Posted October 1, 2008 Posted October 1, 2008 As much as I hate games, I think the standard time frame to wait is two days. Other than that men call when there are ready too
Author agualibre Posted October 1, 2008 Author Posted October 1, 2008 Let me ask this way... what are the chances that if a guy asks for your number while totally sober that he would actually call you vs. not call and why would he make that decision?
tinad5 Posted October 1, 2008 Posted October 1, 2008 Well, I had a guy ask for my number on a Saturday...he called me Wed. night to schedule a date for the weekend. He still has time to call you.
