SarahRose Posted September 29, 2008 Posted September 29, 2008 The weekend was fairly rough since the ex was back online and of course I'd see him online since we belong to the same forums etc. He set his myspace to single but left me in his number one spot. I hadn't changed mine as I seldom log into it but I did change the status yesterday. A mutual friend forwarded me some emails that the ex had sent to him. I don't know whether the ex was on a big self-pity party or what. He wrote that I dumped his a$$ and that he never realized how truly alone he was in the world until I left him. He said he was trying to get used to it. So then the friend asked him if he missed me and wanted me back the ex replies and mentions our huge age difference and said that I broke up with him because we wanted different things and said that is was probably best we moved on anyway. I know I should not read this stuff but it sounds like either the ex is trying to be all tough about the break up or he really doesn't care if we get back together or not.
lkjh Posted September 29, 2008 Posted September 29, 2008 Be careful about this mutual friend he/she seems to be playing both sides. After break ups people are never honest about how they feel.
