Anyone ever heard of this - throat pops when swallow

Hey everyone,

 

Sometimes when I swallow my voice box "pops" I can feel and hear it. It usually only happens when I swallow and my head is pointed downward (not extreme angle or anything, just tilted) and doesn't ever when I look up. Its not really painful, just annoying as when I sleep I'm usually in a position where pops.

 

Just wondering if anyone has ever heard of this. I know I'll ask a doctor whenever I go visit one again if I can remember, but just checking.
