can you tell if he's really interested in you?

I have a fourth date with a guy I really like tomorrow night and I'm fairly nervous. He definitely expected we'd hook up on the third date and he was totally okay with it when we didn't, he is into holding hands and kissing and we've spent a lot of time talking, but I can't tell if he's just doing what he thinks he has to do to get me in bed or if he's really interested in me.

 

Any thoughts? I feel really juvenille because I'm so inexperienced with dating but I'm 24.

If you suspect he is just trying to you into bed, then do NOT sleep with him. Nothing says you have to have sex on date 4, or cave to any pressure.

 

Also, be sure to have an exclusivity talk BEFORE you do sleep with him.

I'm always interested in sex, but I want repeat customers not one night stands or just and Fbuddy. But I want a girl who is going to be my gf and have lots of sex, lots. And by date 4 i would jump ontop of you and go to town

i'm sure he's interested in you - the reason why he's asked you out again... and i'm sure he wants to have sex with you - most men do.

 

it's your call if and when you want that to happen. only do it when you are comfortable with his commitment level.

Don't worry; If he is into you, and after 4 dates he probably is, he is enjoying the chase very much.

 

Keep escalating with kissing, hugging etc but don't have sex with him...yet.

If you are looking for a keeper, he will just have to persist and stick around longer.

 

It is VERY important for women not to give it up too soon, and 4 dates is not a lot.

Three weeks to a month is pretty good and you want a guy who can go the distance.

 

If he bails, he isn't LTR material.

(You are looking for an LTR, aren't you?)

 

However, if you just out for some fun, 4 dates is already too long. What are you waiting for?
