What happens when you stop contact all together with no explanation?

I was wondering what would happen if I just completely stopped all contact with my LD bf?? It's basically a one sided relationship. I am a good loyal faithful girlfriend to him but on the other hand... he is VERY flirtatious with girls and one in particular that I know secretly messages and sends her comments on her pics on how he likes her pics so much... she is a pretty girl... but so am I

 

So, I am irrate at the fact that I just found out today that he is secretly messaging this girl... so I no longer want to contact him anymore. I'm really pissed off!! What's gonna happen if I stop all contact with him? Do you think he'll even give a rats ass? Probably not!

 

he's supposed to be visiting me soon and he still won't give me an EXACT date... he could be here in less than 2 weeks and hasn't been ableo to figure out "when" i've told him I need to know for work asap if he's gonna be here in less than 2 weeks.... I HATE mind games!

Just do it and see what happens. Chances are he won't notice right away, but when he does, he'll realize he hasn't heard from you in a while. He'll probably contact you and ask what's up - And when he does, don't reply. Let him figure it out..

 

Or, just send him an email telling him that you don't want to be in his life anymore and he can forget the trip to visit you in afew weeks.

A good relationship is based on communication. If your solution to this problem is to stop talking to him, it's probably a pretty good sign the relationship is over. Why are you such a loyal and caring girlfriend to someone you don't respect enough to discuss your concerns with?

 

How did you find out about these "secret" messages?

I think you should communicate your feelings to him. If this is an LDR.. then I'm sure you spend lot's of time writing back and forth. Let him know how you feel.. and see what he has to say. As for just blowing him off? What would that really accomplish? Good luck.

I, to be perfectly honest, think it is pretty shabby behavior to simply stop speaking to someone that you are in a love relationship with. I think all people deserve a good-bye, if not an explanation. It is hurtful to the one left behind bc they imagine all sorts of things, and it seems like game-playing as well.

 

I thought you were moving there to live with him this past summer??

If you've seen the messages and they're damning, just put one of them in your IM away message and cease contact. He'll get the message...
