Sad&Lonely08 Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 He doesn't wear it. He never really has worn it. It has always bothered me he doesn't but he is a Machinist and htey are not allowed to wear any jewelry for safety reasons. I toldhim yesterday i wanted it along wiht my Ipod. Asked for it today when he called. He said he didn't know. He wants to keep it. He says its his and it don't matter if he wears it or not. That i gave it to him. I told him i want to wear it on a chain. He said he did not know that he would have to think about that one. What would he have to think about. He doesn't wear it and he suggested the separation.. Any insite would be nice..
westrock Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 Why do you want it? Why not let him keep it?
Author Sad&Lonely08 Posted September 19, 2008 Author Posted September 19, 2008 I don't know. I want to wear it on a chain with my rings. Close to my heart i guess. I know sounds strange.
2sunny Posted September 19, 2008 Posted September 19, 2008 it is HIS ring. you gave it to him. wear the one he gave you if it's that important to you. it's weird to ask him for his ring so you can wear it after separating. leave the idea alone and let him do what he wants with HIS ring.
zazue Posted September 20, 2008 Posted September 20, 2008 It's not weird per say. It's a passive attempt to let him know you still love him so much that you want to wear his wedding ring close to your heart. Give it up honey. He doesn't care anymore, and it gives him power to know you want that ring. Back off, and take care of your healing. It is a long hard rocky road, but heal yourself, and try not to focus so much on him. Good luck.
