Is he just playing hard to get to see if Im interested or is he not bothered anymore?

I dont understand what is goin on with me and this guy right now. It started a few days ago ( I have known him previously for a couple of years) when he IM me and we got talking about relationships, he lives in another country but flew over a few nights ago to see me. I told him before he came that there was no chance of us sleeping together if thats all he was coming for and he said he just wanted to spend time with me.

We met up and he was really nice and complimenting me, he kept talking about the future as he wanted to take me away and stuff, we did kiss quite a lot but he didnt try anything on with me. Hes now gone back and he has text me a few times but he will text and Ill reply and then he will text me back and Ill reply again but then he wont text back..

I rang him the other night to ask him if he was ignoring me and he said I was just being daft and he said hed text me the next morning which he did but followed the same pattern. The reason why I think hes ignorin me is cos when he is on msn and I come on he seems to go straight away.

When I do speak to him or he texts me he calls me baby. Im just really confused and I might just be over analysing everything, but I cant help that cos Ive been hurt badly in the past.
