ey everybody, I had a situation with this girl we became good friends very close but we never hooked up becuase i was going away to school, i didnt want to make a move, we had our misunderstandings were on and off friends for a while, i said some things i shouldnt have...she started seeing someone else, i respect that, she saw me at a party after she started seeing him was giving me the biggest smile id seen in a long timeand seemed like she was following me around but io didnt say much but hi i was hurt she was seeing the other guy,i saw her again a while and realized id kind of been an *** the last time after and tried to ask how she was she just had a smile and avoided eye contact with me that time...that hurt... didnt really try contacting her except on her birthday, never emailed imed or anything...i still care for her would like to talk and just catch up...she blocked me on aim months and months after last time i tried talking to her and now she wont accept my facebook request and isnt denying it either just letting it sit there....all her friends also give me strange looks when i see them...like i did something terrible, i really care for her, im upset about this...i have no idea what i did, shes a great girl, id still like to see her and say hi, not have this weirdness..i mean obviously we cant hang out like we used to but we can atleast look eahother in the eye...advice?

It seems like whatever you said that you shouldn't have said was enough for her to change her (former) positive opinion of you, and she has no interest in anything further.

Perhaps best to just chalk it up to experience and resolve to better manage your words in the future?
