Met a girl at traffic school...where do I go from here?

I'll start this by saying that I have very little experience with women or dating. Mostly, I guess, because I'm extremely shy, which is a huge hurdle since my understanding is that women like guys with self confidence (really? I can't believe insecurity isn't a huge turn on ). So yeah, I have pretty much no clue when it comes to dealing with women.....sad, I know.

Now here's the story: in my state, they allow you to avoid penalties from traffic tickets by attending an eight hour traffic school on Saturday. The girl who sat next to me at traffic school was really cute, and I was somehow able to talk to her. We had a good time, making jokes and stuff, keeping each other from getting too bored. But at the end of the day we said goodbye and went our separate ways. If I had any confidence at all, I would have asked her out, or at east asked for her number or some way to contact her, but of course, I didn't. Though, throughout the course of the day, I learned enough about her to be able to find her profile on Facebook.

What I'm wondering, is if it would be a bad idea to try to contact her. Would I just seem like a weird, creepy stalker, or what?

Well, thanks for indulging my neuroticism....hope I can get some sort of answer...

Where ever you 2 go I hope neither is driving! ;)

Seriously though, if you do nothing then you loose. If you contact her then you have a chance, if she finds it creepy then at least you tried.

I think it depends on how you contact her, what your message says. Say something like you were online and was curious if maybe you were on facebook. You regretted that you left without a way to keep in touch because you enjoyed chatting with her. Keep it simple then if you do connect you can be more serious and ask her out and so on.
