Bells Posted September 14, 2008 Posted September 14, 2008 I came across this profile....apparently she had too much information in her screen name. It revealed she was a realtor. Now, we've seen advertising with those "pretty" realtors plasterd on bus benches, billboards, and even newspapers. This one happen to us her same screen name on her MS acct. Yes, if you google her screen name, she'll come up on a few sites. She even has her own business website on her MySpace page...and it links to a more Professional looking website for her realty business. And you can trace it to her MS page..and then on her MS page she's advertising her business (realty), she's attempting to sell herself and her house selling abilities, but also using the SAME page to put up her partying and her "cleavage" / Risque photos on the same page. Talk about mixing Business with pleasure, right? But is this realtor really putting her reputation at risk by portraying herself as the "risque realtor" for the entire region where she sells homes? Does she realize that some people might not want to do business with someone that's portraying herself to the community as such? I mean, it's fine and dandy if you're not connecting BOTH worlds, best to keep them seperate. What do you think?
vonerik012 Posted September 14, 2008 Posted September 14, 2008 I have heard of female real estate agents sleeping with potential clients...I even saw personal ads for it. Many use their sex appeal to get clients..
Star Gazer Posted September 14, 2008 Posted September 14, 2008 Your realtor reminds me of whats-her-butt on Desperate Housewives... I know of an LS poster who sleeps with married clients she works with in the interior decorating field. Every profession has its unsavory sorts.
Author Bells Posted September 14, 2008 Author Posted September 14, 2008 I have heard of female real estate agents sleeping with potential clients...I even saw personal ads for it. Many use their sex appeal to get clients.. Funny you mentioned that...so with that said, I figured I'd post what she said in her myspace profile: I AM A SUCCESFUL REALTOR IN THE <blank area> AND THE MOTHER OF TWO WONDERFUL CHILDREN. I LOVE SPENDING TIME WITH MY KIDS. I'M A BIG FAN OF PERIOD MOVIES (PRIDE AND PREJUDICE, THE PIANO, ETC) A GOOD BREAKFAST, AND CROSSWORD PUZZLES. I'M SINGLE AND HAVE THE BEST TWO FRIENDS ANYONE COULD ASK FOR. I'M ALSO BLUNT AND FIERCLY HONEST SO IF YOUR FEELINGS GET HURT EASILY THEN DON'T ASK! For those of you who have noticed, I am a licensed realtor and am very good at selling homes. Should you decide you are interested in me on a personal level, DON'T contact me about real estate to get my attention. I will either like you or I will not, but helping you buy or sell real estate will not get you any closer to me. Now you have been forewarned, if you fail to heed this warning, I will lead you on, use you to buy or sell real estate and leave you in the end as a matter of principle. You will, however, be pleased with your real estate purchase. She even shamlessly admits to leading people on to get a purchase....good job...I just LOVE a woman with scruples! Hey, as long as I'm pleased with my purchase right? lol
Art_Critic Posted September 14, 2008 Posted September 14, 2008 Bells.. I might add that I think this thread is just a wonderful picture of irony...Let me explain my comment first . You posted a thread about how dangerous it is for her to be advertising her Realtor status on myspace while dating and you go and post a piece of her profile.. I just went to myspace and looked up her profile with what YOU posted here on LS... I know she lives in W********, Fl.. Without you carelessly posting her info on a webpage we all wouldn't have gotten the chance to see her business webpage.. She thanks you...
Star Gazer Posted September 14, 2008 Posted September 14, 2008 Bells is Hiitsme... remember? The one who posts women's profiles.

Actually, I did leave out the area of the location she was in deliberately (in the <>), but you were the one that some how managed to find her, thanks to you. You hacker you, lol! <shrug>
Author Bells Posted September 14, 2008 Author Posted September 14, 2008 on second thought...maybe she wants to be found? It's good for business.
Art_Critic Posted September 14, 2008 Posted September 14, 2008 You hacker you, lol! I wasn't really hacking.. I just took a piece of what you posted of her profile and place it inside of " " on the myspace search engine and only her profile popped up.. It took me a whole 30 secs.. What I found funny was this thread was about her posting too much info on her myspace page because you feel it was dangerous and then you go and post identifying info on another webpage.. Call me silly.. But I found it funny...

Yeah, I figured it out myself, didn't know search engines could do it that way. That is indeed humorous though. Well, at least I put some thought into protecting her , but again, she's probably wanting to be found...it's good for business. I know some realtors, for their own saftey would NEVER do the whole "Put their picture all over the phone book, cards, ads in papers, etc. Her boss saw her point.
Jilly Bean Posted September 14, 2008 Posted September 14, 2008 Bells is Hiitsme... remember? The one who posts women's profiles. YES! We ALL know! WHY DO YOU KEEP DOING THIS, HIITSME????? Why do you keep posting OLD profiles of these women????
Author Bells Posted September 14, 2008 Author Posted September 14, 2008 YES! We ALL know! WHY DO YOU KEEP DOING THIS, HIITSME????? Why do you keep posting OLD profiles of these women???? Who is this Hiitsme person? I believe you're confusing me with someone else. I have no idea what you're talking about.
Jilly Bean Posted September 14, 2008 Posted September 14, 2008 Who is this Hiitsme person? I believe you're confusing me with someone else. I have no idea what you're talking about. You're not fooling anyone, so drop the act. It is widely known on here (and already been discussed elsewhere) that you are one in the same. Regardless of your new reinvented persona, will you stop posting women's profiles? You obviously dropped your last persona on here when everyone jumped on you for being suck a dick to post the last gals profile, and here you are, doing it again. When are you going to post YOUR profile, so that we can all critique YOU? Fair is fair, right?
ed-205 Posted September 14, 2008 Posted September 14, 2008 Not too long ago, there was a female teacher who actually got fired for posting too much of her personal life on her My Space account. Seems the school district didn't appreciate the students reading about her partying and other less than scholarly activities. Having a My Space account is a GREAT way to let business associates, potential employers, vindictive former lovers, stalkers, and everyone else find out everything about you that you never wanted them to know in the first place!

I think that's why MS has the option of setting your profile to private. Not sure if a realtor can get fired over it though.

Coincidentally, Hiitsme disappeared the day we all flipped out on him for posting women's profiles, and YOU appeared the next day...now posting women's profiles, critiquing them, asking the same questions Hi did. We're not stupid. Now post YOUR profile so we can critique YOU, okay?

But THAnk you for doing all that now I'm going to take a look, maybe make a realestate purchase hahahha.... hmm shes hot, I like the tatoo
vonerik012 Posted September 14, 2008 Posted September 14, 2008 I did a quick myspace search for real estate female, , and about 50 female real estate agents popped up in bikinis, or making that "kissy" face. Seems to be a pretty common way to get business for the ladies.
