Adds me to her friends list, but won't talk

I had a couple of situations where I had women from some social networking and dating sites add me to their friends list, but they don't respond to me when I initiate an email with them...or they stop emailing after a couple of sessions.

 

I'm thinking "Why the heck did you add me for if you don't want to talk?"
