pfunkallstar Posted September 17, 2008 Posted September 17, 2008 Ok, I'm going to start and say that there is NO WAY that you can become an "alpha male" and get dating tips from a movie. Yes, you can find inspiration and a few little body language quirks or techniques but you will never be able to fully internalize the mentality of what an "alpha male" thinks. Sounds like you're looking to be more assertive and confident around women. Tony Robbins says that if you want to be successful at something, find people who are already successful at it and learn from them. So the best thing to do is find other men in your life who have the attributes that you want to internalize. Find them and hang out with them.. go out with them and see how they interact with women.. in this case, SEEING IS DEFINITELY BELIEVING! These guys probably will not explicitly tell you what they do or how they think about it.. because it is WHO THEY ARE. Trying to logically explain themselves as a person is impossible for them. Most likely they'll say "just be yourself".. But does that mean be your shy and introverted self??? Absolutely NOT. Instead, watch them like a hawk. Talk to them about any topic and see how they react (or not react). Most likely they'll have the traits of: -Does not care what others think. -Amuses himself not others (but this in turn makes people like him because he's not being a "tryhard") -Is in the moment (not thinking about what to say next) -LEADS physically In short.. he's a man. Find these guys. It could be your cousin, your uncle, your friend's friend.. whatever.
