Key
This is a question out here for the guys: How many of you guys would be turned off if a girl you were digging told you she was a virgin and the girl was 21+? Only reason I'm asking is because a close friend of mine in college who is 21 said she was feeling some guy and he seemed to be feeling her too but once she told him she was a virgin, he acted like he didn't want to be bothered anymore and told her he was not looking for a relationship. Do guys think that girls who have waited that long to have sex are crazy and will be very emotional and attached after they have sex? What if she isn't (she could be a virgin, but not like, crazy), but STILL wants something solid (a relationship)? Is is THAT bad to teach somebody about sexual intercourse? It doesn't look that hard...but I guess ppl are lazy. Were you all not virgins at one point? LOL:laugh: Or do some of you not care? I am interested in hearing a guys opinion on this because I am 22 and a virgin as well and have been afraid to tell guys I meet that I am virgin for fear of scaring them off, yet I don't think I need to be "HANDLED WITH CARE", NOR DISPRESPECTED (as some guys have the custom of doing) just b/c I am one. fral945
If I met a female virgin your age, my concerns wouldn't be the inexperience. Some negative things I might assume would be: 1) She puts a high value on sex (based on religious beliefs, etc.). Sex is just sex to me (and most 20 something males), and I think guys that age probably would be afraid she'd get really attached. The majority of them are just looking to score and have a good time without commitment. I don't consider virginity that big a deal but a lot of women put it on a pedestal. 2) If she's particularly religious, I'd be concerned that she is unadventurous in bed, and will consider most acts other than penal-vaginal intercourse degrading, unacceptable, etc. 3) If she's waited this long and has no strong religious convictions, I would assume she has a low interest or desire for sex and it'd be hard for most guys to have a woman around that has a low interest in sex. Sex is readily available for almost any woman, it takes very little work or effort to find men who will screw you unless you are very unattractive. Just one male's perspective. So you in particular, don't really care--except that she may have hangups b/c of her religious background. And for 'clinginess'--each virgin (or girl for that matter) is different, but you already know this. Low sex drive? depends on the gal. she could be a v, with a high drive, but chooses to have sex with somebody she likes (or cares) about, than to be a nympho. LOL. And not all virgins are 'frigid' when it comes to trying new things.
Suiyobi
It's hard to come across virgin girls at that age these days. More power to them that they've been able to hold it for this long. Depends on the guy, of course, but for me I think it's cool and even attractive. I wouldn't want to sleep with a girl who's had hundreds of sex partners before me.

LOL. I'm sure that is true, but by 21-22 I would've guessed she would have found at least one person she cared about to try it with. Assuming she reached puberty around 14-15, that's 7 years of no sex. And not all virgins are 'frigid' when it comes to trying new things. I know This is just what would run through my head. Especially with an older female virgin.

No offense. LOL..............see? first timers can be cool.
JohnnyBlaze
Fortunately, I don't share the same concerns Fral does. Given that I look like the typical biker, most women assume that I'm as loyal as an alley cat and that I'm so incredibly evil, splashing me with holy water would make me melt like the witch from The Wizard of Oz. That pretty much scratches any fear of confronting a woman who fits in with either of the first two points. As for the third (lack of interest in sex), well, that one I'll find out soon enough. No interest, no dice. Key, to answer your question, the only fear I'd have of being with a virgin is fear of injury. From what I've been told (as I've never been with a virgin myself) is that they go one of two ways: either very timid at first and need to be lead through the 'process', or there's a sudden release of a whole lot of pent-up enthusiasm and they practically attack you, like Dom DeLouise at a Vegas buffet. The latter might lead to some pretty vicious war wounds on me the next day, but it certainly wouldn't be enough to scare me off.

I think some guys (if 'deflowered' a virgin) would prefer (I guess) if she was like Dome Delouise at the Vegas buffet, lol.

I personally think you are fairly smart to wait. Guys usually don't become mature until mid to late 20s at least.
Author Key
Lol, yea. I am waiting. But it's also a pain, lol. Thanks.
