There's nothing within the confines of his OP that states it's a sole act between two people. It talks about shoving sperm into a guy's mouth. In the definition I used, sperm still gets shoved into a guy's mouth.

That's a good way to look at it A_C. But I think most defining moments of sexual pervasiveness comes from porn. Take deep throat for example, the term wouldn't have been so common had it not been popularized by the movie.
