Are men rsepecting women when they view porn? Would men want their daughters in porn? Fair questions. I wonder Jersey, if you would advocate a "Prohibition" approach to porn. Do you think the distribution of porn to consenting adults should be illegal? Mr. Lucky

This is based on stories here where women have talked about having almost non-existent sex because their husbands spend too much time jerking off to porn. I agree with Enema.. jeez.. just typing that sounds dirty..

And I don't agree with legal action taken to make our choices for us. I just wish men would want to do it of their own accord. It's obvious that porn effects more relationships then most men care to admit.

I'll bet that once your good for nuttin SO is gone, you will start feeling better. Please oh please don't lay all your negetive experiances on the guys you date. OH... and please do try dating. There's lots of us 50+ guys that would be pleased to have a female friend, or "special friend" to spend time with.

Why they rally for porn in case of woman? because they are afraid. they are afraid of losing their bf or hb if they dare to say no to porn. They are afraid of speaking their own real feelings because of rejection. So they develop their own porn watching habbit, now have good excuse "I watch it too, no biggie" it is same case when a wife know her hb sexually abuse their daughter, don't even lift one finger to protect her, because she fears she may lose her hb

As far as Playboy and Penthouse mags go, I still don't think they are porn. To much there besides a few naked women. Other mags, (hardcore) online porn, video porn... even throw in strip clubs.. are just not worth it guys. I have learned from the women on LS that these things bug the living poo poo out of the vast majority of posters here. Temper rise, anger flares when the subject of porn arises. IF, if if if, I am ever lucky enough to find myself in a long term comitted relationship again, the subject, or existance of porn will not get a chance to damage that relationship. No, no no no, I won't allow even a hint of porn in my life. Guys reading, pay attention. There is no percentage. Women (who aren't profiting from it) HATE pornography. By indulging in naked women on a screen you are putting at risk what you want the most. Don't do it. Ditto for strip clubs. Waste of time, waste of money. Often a waste of a relationship.

It hasn't changed my view, but I sure wouldn't go around saying people's posts were nutty because others see differently on it and have a different opinon.

This is based on the online posts I have seen go on here. In my view of it, I think mine has changed some because I had a friend who got out of the porn business awhile back and got first hand from her what really goes on.
hendersongirl Posted September 5, 2008 Posted September 5, 2008 no, reading these debates has not changed my opinion. everything said confirms it. porn is toxic, it is a poison, it poisons people's minds. when you look at your mother or your sister, do you see two hands and three holes? the men and women in pornography do NOT want to be there, they have to in order to feed their family or pay their exploitative drug dealer, same as prostituion. a lot of porn 'stars' are bought from thailand in immigrant smuggling schemes and used as slaves. the effect of porn on relationships is not the strongest reason against it, but it IS a symptom of its poisonous nature. lucky for me, my partner knows the truth about porn and feels the same way, so it has never been a problem for us. but it is a problem in society, on so many levels.
