TBF, men and women are different in many ways, and you should embrace that, instead of fight against it.

The fat CEO of my exes company was sleeping with every hot woman in the company. Sure, maybe they are all some special unique creatures called "gold diggers", or for women power is more attractive than physique. For men, power is not as important in a female, and physique is much more important.

You don't see men dreaming of sleeping with their overweight 50 yr old female boss.

There's no doubt power can be an aphrodisiac. Unless you've been a female executive, how would you really know?

I can tell you I would much rather date and sleep with the cute girl at the front desk making minimum wage, than an older, overweight female executive.

Did the balance of the male gender give you the power to speak on their behalf and intuit their perspective?

Posted

Once again, it is common sense.

Power does not turn men on. They are turned on by physical attributes. We are wired that way. We think of sex every 52 seconds. We are not trying to manipulate our way into the overweight 50 year old Ceo's panties.

Sorry I couldn't resist, I think it's kit and kaboodle. :lmao::lmao: But kitten works for me. Meow!

I am notorious for this type of thing one time I said refering to a bit shot millionaire he is an "oil typhoon" :lmao::lmao: ;)

Kit and Kaboodle - really? Ha ha! 36 years on this planet and it never occurred to me that kitten made no sense...what's a kaboodle though? I think I'll stick with Kitten Kaboodle, sounds like a Beatrix Potter character.

Power doesn't turn you on due to insecurities within you about needing to control women. Do you have masculinity issues?

Power does turn other type of man on.

Yes you've already established you have basic standards, she must be under the age of 25, meet you in a crowd where you have no clue if she is even going to show up in order to feel a spark or connection "with her" and if she is a mute even better. The less she has to offer in terms of being more then a hunk of meat with tits and ass the better.

For a casual connection junkie, those are the best attributes a woman can have and the ideal type of women to prey on. They eat that shiit up for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I like "kitten" better though.

LOL... Power does not matter to men, sorry. Men are not fantasizing about boning Hillary Clinton, trust me.

You really have no clue as to the male /female dynamic, do you?

von, have you ever been a female executive and had the personal experience to know that men aren't turned on by power?

I don't know much about your online dates, but I have eyes.

I live in a very affluent area, and regularly see beautiful women with overweight men. The men just happen to be driving Mercedes 600's, Range Rovers, or Bentleys.

Don't pay any attention to the bitter women here! You'll NEVER hear them talk about the time they were in a long term relationship with a great guy. You'll never hear about their wonderful exes, fantastic male friends, or the great fun they've had with the opposite sex.

All you'll hear are stories about men being an inch too short, a smidgeon too clingy, car not the right colour, too fat, wore the wrong shoes, cheated on them etc....15-20 years of dating and the best they can do is spend hours of their day here regurgitating stories about the guy with the beer gut!

Can you imagine, a disc jockey, who spoke this way about music on their radio show? You would think that they simply hated music. You would turn off from their show in an instant!

These are specific isolated instances of women that have a warped and unrealistic attitude towards the opposite sex. They treat them like objects instead of human beings, focus on the negatives, and analyse their shortcomings without a single regard to the negative energy they transmit in the process. It is likely that any good friends they may have had got sick of it long ago.

There are many wonderful women around that have a genuine fondness for males and celebrate them. They overlook minscule things and focus on the bigger picture. These are the genuinely happy women. Try to pay attention to such women instead and don't let one slip away when you encounter one, for they really are the true catches. :) I doubt any would bother wasting time here speaking badly of the opposite sex day out.

5 large beers? Try living in Ireland...9 - 10 pints being an average and also something to be proud of and yes, beer guts abound - and not just on the men lol!

:lmao: Not the female beer gut!

I heard through the grapevine there is a website that caters to women have a fetish for men with beer guts. I've never looked, though, I'd rather not see it. Do you know anything about that, paddington? ;)

AHHH Another case on loveshack where what you have is what turns men on, lol..

Perhaps very weak men who do not understand what being a man is are turned on by power. I am not turned off by it, but it is not a plus or a negative. I care about how she treats me. I do not fantasize about Angela Merkel before I go to bed at night.

Insecure men tend to be afraid of women with power. Confident men aren't.

You can bet Hillary Clinton gets offers and so does Angela Merkel. Both probably get offers as much as Ron Paul...

Posted

Yeah but the chick with no job that looks good in a bikini gets 100 times more offers.. A bikini turns men on more than power, lol.

I am not afraid, or attracted. It is non issue, as I want a woman who treats me well. If she is a CEO or an office assistant, it is irrelevant to me.

Twisting it to say that men are insecure if they are not attracted to powerful women is just silly. Trust me, men do not care about a females "power". Her body would be more important than the level of power she has. Do you think men get extra hard looking at an old out of shape body because she has power?

Posted

Do you suppose an obese man with power gets lusted after by women, for his body? Put a hot looking man with power beside an obese man with power, who do you suppose the chicks are going to flock to?

Who do you think would get more sex at a typical corporation by HOT women?

A 28 yr old office assistant male who is attractive, and make 30k? Or the 50 yr old overweight CEO who has the power over 1000 employees and pulls in 7 figures?

Sure, a hot looking man with equal power will get more women. That was not what we were debating.

Posted

More likely, the good-looking guy will get laid more often and the gold diggers will be looking to the CEO for a more lucrative lasting relationship...

For me, that's not enough info. How old and overweight is the executive? 60 years old and 300 lbs? No thanks. 40s and 175 lbs? If she had a nice face, that's acceptable.

At that point, which one would be the most fun to be around? Which would be the most fun in bed? Those are going to come down to intelligence, experience, sense of humor, enthusiasm, and imagination. The odds would be in favor of the older executive.;)

Keep in mind, this is the opinion of a 40-something guy who's not interested in having more kids, is not going to be swayed by her income, and is more concerned with having fun than impressing others.

I'll bite. Most aren't talking about being obese within this thread, only having a few extra pounds.

I do agree that obesity isn't attractive, no matter how much you want to fool yourself into believing otherwise. When I say obesity, it's with the view towards rolls and rolls of fat. Fat does kill.

While there are people who do have diseases which can cause obesity, most have done this to themselves. So why the unhealthy or excessive lifestyle?

Some people have a predisposition that gives them a higher appetite or makes them respond more to sugar. That's one reason obesity tends to run in families. It's much harder for these people to moderate than it is for normal people.

What percentage of the obese population would you guesstimate?

I really don't care why they are obese. If you take in more calories than you burn off you get fat. It's simple.

I have no clue. If I had to guess a majority of obese people have a genetic predisposition that is triggered by living in a society with unhealthy, glucose-rich foods. I have a friend who is about sixty pounds overweight and I've witnessed the agonizing struggles he's gone through to lose. He's not lazy. He often walks three or four hours a day and is obsessive about counting calories, but food is such a huge stimulant for him that he keeps breaking down. His father is also fat. He's cried to me on the phone when he slips, and he's gone through periods of deep depression because of it. Food seems to be much more important to him than it is to most people. I mean I like food, but this guy loves food in a way that I can't understand.

True, but it may be much easier for some people to stay thin than others. Just as some people have a predisposition to alcohol. Food seems to be addictive for some people.
