"Friends forever" sounds very gay and friendly indeed.
xpaperxcutx Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 You're her friend. If all you guys ever done up til this point was hang out, you're just FRIENDS. Don't even think about asking her out.
Author loveinlife Posted August 25, 2008 Author Posted August 25, 2008 We dated a bit last year, kissed a couple of times before. It wasn't the right time for me as i was trying to get over my exgf. I also went out with someone else afterwards and she looked jealous when i did. Now im starting to have some feelings for her again but she has a bf... she calls me out all the time to hang out... its a wierd feeling like she is trying to signal something... even my friend noticed. who knows huh... maybe im just a friend.
CommitmentPhobe Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 lol "friends forever" honestly the nerve of some people!! yeah you're in the friends zone! start flaking on her.
nopainnogain Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 Show me a thoroughly satisfied man and I will show you a failure.
jadedone Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 Being told your are "the sweetest guy" is rarely a good sign. Along with being a cool person to hang out with. Words guys do not want to hear from a woman they are interested in: Nice and Sweet

Yamaha Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 You are asexual in her mind. The sweetest guy ever is a girl friend with a penis.

jadedone Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 Yeah time to distance yourself from her before you end up holding her purse outside the dressing rooms.
xpaperxcutx Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 Yeah time to distance yourself from her before you end up holding her purse outside the dressing rooms. :lmao: Whats wrong with that? Maybe she could give him some fashion tips...
Author loveinlife Posted August 25, 2008 Author Posted August 25, 2008 i wish it was more than friends.
vanilla87 Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 you = friend zone She put you there and no by accident. She only seems you in the light of nothing romantic and plans to keep that way. She is probably going to use you for advice on guys, you'll be the guy she goes to when her bf is being mean and needs distracting, and all other non-romantic things. Just remember, she can give you advice too about girls, it'll help you out and more so if she has any beautiful friends, then make it known to her that your interested in one, if you are, that is, so its easier to help you 1)more on and 2)get more dating experience.
rod_in_gtown Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 Wow, that's just brutal. I've had that happen to me and it's not fun at all. Nothing wrong in having female friends, it's just painful when you're the one who wants more and she doesn't. I started going out with a girl about 8 years ago and found myself soon in the dreaded friends zone. however we never kissed. If I were you I would have a chat with her and tell her how you feel. There's nothing worse than being in the dark about where you stand with someone you like. The girl from 8 years ago ended up being one of my best friends and now I love her dearly but back then it was years of agony while I came to terms with the fact that she was not going to be in my life in a romantic way. It's very painful seeing someone you like and maybe even love finding happiness with someone else. I don't envy you.
Suiyobi Posted August 26, 2008 Posted August 26, 2008 Happens to the best of us. I was friendzoned with this girl I liked earlier this summer but in a way it wasn't really all that bad. I eventually realized all her flaws and saw that we were so different from each other (in spite of any similar interests we had) that we couldn't have possibly been romantically compatible in the first place. But she is still cool enough of a person to hang around with, so I actually don't mind just being a friend with this girl. But I won't lie to you, I did feel bummed out the first time I found out that she had no interest in me other than as a friend. So I guess what I'm trying to say to the OP is that you can either welcome the fact that you're in her friendzone, or if you're desperate to get laid then move on and forget this girl.
jerbear Posted August 26, 2008 Posted August 26, 2008 Yeah time to distance yourself from her before you end up holding her purse outside the dressing rooms. :lmao: Whats wrong with that?
