Can anyone help me to help get rid of my shyness i have to girls. When ever I talk to a girl I always get hot and sweety and always am afraid. So if you can help me please post a messege.

You have to get rid of your shyness around girls using baby steps. Start by just passing near them. Then make eye contact. Later, make eye contact and smile. Then make eye contact, smile and say hello. After some weeks of that, then start making it a point to come in contact with the girl you are attracted to and smile. Next time, smile and say hello.

 

Once you have that all down, you are ready to ask her to go to bed with you. Once you do that, you will be totally over your shyness.
