I just heard on Fox news this morning that the FDA has approved the radiation of lettuce in order to eliminate e-coli (in the US). Is it just me or do the words "ARE YOU KIDDING ME???" come to mind for you, too? Have they even done any tests to find out what the effects will be on us? Our government worries me more and more every day.

Geez, everything we eat now is tainted! Maple Leaf recall, think the list is up to 220 items.
