Angel1111 Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 I think her behavior is pretty crappy but it seems you gave it your best effort. I'm really sorry it turned out that way.
Author Melrapuo Posted August 25, 2008 Author Posted August 25, 2008 Got a response already. That was fast. I know her dad isn't pissed at me, he's just awkward and understands why I left the job for a week. As for the rest of it, it seems like we weren't understanding each others actions during the break up. She didn't get why I wasn't responding to her after a while. She thought it was because I was angry with her, when in reality I was just giving her space. And she already knew about the fact that I knew about the other guy. I told her in the letter that it wasn't my business about her dating him, but it just made me feel like I was being used if we were hanging out while she's trying to date him. But she's angry at my friend for telling me about it, saying its not his business nor mine. (I already explained that it wasn't my business, but whatever). She apologized for not talking or giving things a chance. But wished me the best. She was kinda short about things though. I dunno, I still feel crappy, but some of my friends told me that in a month or so I'll be better. Thanks for your support Angel. Yea, I know. Things didn't work out as I had hoped, but I guess I do have closure. Still feeling a little sick to my stomach though. I'm really gonna miss her, but its the best for both of us. It seems she has relationship issues (maybe more than that), and even though I recognized it in the beginning, I didn't think they'd play a factor as rough as this. I've met a couple girls (one gave me her number last night, but I think she'd rather screw around then go in for a real relationship. Plus, from what I heard, she's not the greatest person in the world, no matter how cute she looks) and I don't think I have a problem with dating. I'd just like to find someone who isn't afraid of commitment. Actually, now that I think about it, her response was kind of crappy. Didn't seem like she spent too much time on it. Yea, I know now she doesn't really care for me as much as I thought. Damn, really glad I deleted myspace.
Angel1111 Posted August 25, 2008 Posted August 25, 2008 Well, despite all that it's really sad and I'm so sorry you feel sick to your stomach. I know that feeling and it really stinks. Her brief response may have been about being mad about the whole thing, or feeling like it was all futile. Who knows really. The whole guessing thing starts to get really old. I know that one, too. There's really nothing I can say to make you feel better. I'm just really sorry. I think you did the right thing with myspace and all that. I hope you'll stay in touch on LS and keep us posted as to how you're doing.
