Like GPS, voice activated recorders. Any thing else that could be helpful?

In the WalMart "Spy Stuff" aisle....

Ok, sorry.

Seriously, I wouldn't know.

These types of threads always make me sad for the people involved in a situation that "requires" spying, though.

Hope it works out for you. I'm sure someone here can lend you a hand.

Radioshack, maybe?

In the medium sized city I just moved out of, there was actually a "spy shop" with a picture of Sherlock Holmes on their logo. It was full of "spy stuff".

If you google individual items you are looking for you will find hundreds of sellers. Ditto eBay.

It's really not hard to find the equipment you are looking for. Just sit down at the keyboard and start searching.

Go online and check out rocky mountain tracking. They have fantastic equiptment at reasonable prices including gps trackers. I have used them myself and would recommend them . Good luck !!!

I got my digital recorder at Radio Shack, along with a box that allows it to be plugged into a phone jack. My GPS was a borrowed unit. The cheap ones aren't very accurate so I didn't waste the money. The one I had was a top end model like law enforcement uses to track suspected drug dealers and such... and that's all I'm saying about that one. I downloaded a free keylogger at the time, and it was very good, but I can't even remember which one it was now. You can do a search for KGB keylogger and get a decent one, but get the one you have to purchase and not the free version as it is fairly easy to detect. I also had help from some people who have access to basically any info I wanted on the people involved, so that negated some need for further spying on my part.

The best tool, by far, was that digital recorder and the box that connects it to any spare phone jack in the house. Just try to get a recorder that can be powered by a wall outlet, and not just the normal AAA batteries that they usually use. Mine used a single AAA and it would only record about 3-4 hours of actual talk before it was dead. The ones you plug into the wall outlet can record non-stop for days if it has a big enough memory.

Another one is a keylogger---the size of your pinky finger, length of a quarter. Can only be used on a desktop computer and undetectable by software spy. It attaches to keyboard on one end and the hard drive from the other end. It records the last 250K key strokes. Can only get it online which comes with a password required to download and unscramble keystrokes into legible texts. Found out XWS was also addicted to porn of the worst kinds along with new email/passwords. Ay-yay-yay! Great tool to use to track your kids' activities online, too.

Voice activated recorder works great too.

Unless you're married to this person, save your money and move on. With inflation rate today, they're not worth the time and energy. But very useful indeed especially if you're in a "fault" state where infidelity is punishable by law.

The best spyware out there is stuff you can't buy off a shelf... it's something you already have and it's called instinct.
