Suggestions for a romantic gift

I need a little input here for what a good gift is for a woman to get a man. His birthday is coming up in a few weeks.

 

I've known him for about a month now, we don't really KNOW each other.

 

We've already done IT a few times, although you can count on one hand how many times we've done IT.

 

Any suggestions?

Okay.. known him a month..

 

A steak dinner is something that I would've liked at a month..

 

or maybe try making him dinner.. even today when my wife makes me dinner I get all tingly..

I will say one thing though, do not get him a scrap book/picture collage. I often see this suggested by women and I think it's the worst idea ever.

In my opinion, a romantic gift is not so much about the gift as it is the delivery of the gift. I have talked about this with a friend of mine and it came out as "you want to create a moment" - the romantic gift is actually the moment, and not so much what you have choses to give to him/her.

 

So, to create "a moment", you do need to give a little thought as to his likes. Sports fan - is there a game coming up in your city soon? Food fan - how good are you at grilling a good steak?

 

Or, if you trying to increase your "count" to require two hands... the dinner idea is real good... dinner can always lead to desert!

Thanks for the suggestions. I was thinking food would be the most appropriate, so I am baking him a chocolate cake with frosting. (I did ask him if he liked chocolate or vanilla, he said chocolate.) As for other things foodwise, I will look into that above website for more information.
