This is typical for men on a dating site...

One woman emailed me, and wanted to meet. We talked, and I told her I am not very interested because she has children.

She still emailed me, and suggested we go out anyway. She was attractive. I said no again. I told her it wouldn't go much past sex for me, as i dont want to date a single mom.

She then told me she already has a lover, but is looking for more, and told me that she has all the sex she wants already.

So, why would i want to take this woman out? The above scenario is not that uncommon. Many women just withhold information.

I don't know how often it works, to be honest. I have had, and do, plenty of gf's who do OLD. And none of them were on there looking for booty. Even if a guy was a tool about asking for it.

Just seems to create a lot more frustration.

I think for guys online looking for sex, it's a lot easier to send a few emails, than it is to get dressed and go sit in a bar, right?

But there are men online who are not all looking for sex. On the site the guy wrote me this on, his was the first to write me something like that. All the others (this time!) have been very much gentleman.

maybe the chicks i talk to are all lying to me, but i swear i must get emails from at least 2 or 3 new women (ones i havenet previously spoken too) every week and they all say the same thing. they say that the guys on there say some of the weirdest and most foul things.

i think acting like that does work for some guys. chicks always act like they are too good for that stuff, but they want it just as much as guys and most times even more. Lets get real

Women he deems average looking should just expect sex, and not an ongoing romantic relationship.

Women he considers hot (or keepers) can enjoy the possibility of an ongoing romantic relationship.

Implied message: both sets of women should consider themselves lucky.

LOL!!!! Yes, I got that feeling from his profile as well. He is a gift. ;)

And both sets should not have any expectations, as he has already discussed his "out".

I think it depends on the site, too.

Plenty of fish is all so low-class. Guys on there are gross.

Match is a bit better.

And on eharmony, you don't have a lot of opportunity to be a pig.

You're right - I am sure many women will respond to his approach. Just not this one... ;)

What happens if he doesn't want a relationship OR sex??

huh? then what does he want? is he just simply looking for an opportunity to spend all of his money on a nice looking women, then simply drop her off back at home?

So you mean just casual companionship/dating?

LOL again! They will have nice cleavege shots or sexy poses then call a guy a perve if they comment on it... what is up with that?

That's why I'm asking. I ran into this situation with OLD once. It shocked me, since we spent A LOT of time chatting online and exchanged many images. After all that, we only had one date IRL, and we had a blast.

Bizarre.

wow. i like plenty of fish - why are you shooting down my site? :lmao: match is ok, but i hate paying for it - that's tantamaunt to prostitution (maybe). i think i like plenty of fish because there are so many low class guys, that i look like a hero.

LOL. Well, er, um...

Maybe that's it, Payne. All about the competition, right? ;)

The guy actually seems honest.

Some men just say what a woman WANTS to hear, has sex with her, then never calls her again.

My quote got messed up earlier...

This one stumps me, as well.

Guy I'm dating ... his ex has boobs the size of Texas. She's got them front and center on her Facebook profile picture. He left her a comment, "Hey, I know those boobs!" to which she responded "What a lovely thing to say."

Puhleez.

It's called FACEbook, not BOOBbook, or CLEAVAGEbook or ...

i hate women like that. i know most men are attracted to that kinda stuff but not me. that shows she has at least an Associates from "Slut University" in which case i want nothing to do with her. if the best thing about her is something located on her body.... I WILL RUN!

see that's the thing. if you are too honest, it hurts you. but most times if you just play the game and act a certain way you will get what you want. i just like to be honest no matter what - if they dont like it, thats on them.

Well, apparently he did .. and she followed him. He deleted his myspace account when they broke up. I was on Facebook. He created an account, and the DAY AFTERWARD, she sent him a friend request and started with all the cleavage shots. Granted, he shouldn't have accepted the request and he shouldn't have left her a comment like that, but no one could NOT notice her boobs. I'm serious. They're in your face. He's a pushover.

Well put, JB. What is it about online dating that magnifies a person's ugly Narcissism? By reducing relationship criteria to text, the online dater often sounds like an egotistical jerk. Men are not as adept as women in tempering their vanity.

Well, back to Match. :)

Women, get a clue already.. All men like sex. Why do they need to hide it from you?

The OP sure had her share of adventures. Or is this when she has decided she wants to have a boyfriend, so she will act like a virgin. "OMG, this man on the internet wants sex, Gross!"
