Yamaha Posted August 3, 2008 Posted August 3, 2008 For how long are you going to keep this up? If you both work together for 5-10 years are you going to continue to ignore her? I can see that your feelings were hurt (and you have a right to them) but I think, in time, you should be able to speak to her and let your pride ebb. You do not have to be buddies but it shows maturity to be the bigger person and check your ego at the door.

We might all be looking for jobs then. Besides, she's a clerk and I doubt she'll be there that long either. She hates her job. I love mine
Lishy Posted August 3, 2008 Posted August 3, 2008 Cali, I DO think you are being immature! But you are a guy so it is expected hahhahha On a serious note though, I believe that you should do whatever it is that makes you feel better about this situation.

On a serious note though, I believe that you should do whatever it is that makes you feel better about this situation. And I am. As I've said before, she sees me happy, joking around with friends and co workers and that my life isn't stopping because she didn't want to be a part of it. It's not a loss in my book, just another relationship experience to chalk up in the books.
