Hey guys! I know a few of you on here had some former military experience, and right now I need some guidance. I need to know when the xMM goes state side because he has yet to provide medical insurance to my daughter. I cannot find out without contacting the military. Who can I contact while causing the least damage to this guys career? I need to know when he is back so that I can file a motion against him for violating a court order. I can't do that until I know he is back. Time is of the essence. I have no idea who to talk to in the military without raising even more questions for him. I'm not protecting him by the way. I'm protecting my children. Without his job, they get nothing. They receive no child support, no medical, no life insurance. I don't want to hurt them by hurting him. Any info any of you can give would be great!! Thanks guys!

MWC, your local child support agency, county or state. They have all the information available to them.

Once you have the judgement (which you do) and he isn't performing.. he has to expect that you will come looking for him. The military is very aware of problems like yours. They are as invested in protecting their officer corps as you are in collecting your child support.

They will see that it gets done. Just let your county worker know what's happening.
