tm83 Posted July 28, 2008 Posted July 28, 2008 is communicating in someway everyday too aggressive or clingy when getting to know someone? What about after a few dates? What about after you have had sex? Not talking for hours, but just a text or IM or even a quick hello?....
FLHeather Posted July 28, 2008 Posted July 28, 2008 i know this is such a generic answer but IMO, it really depends on the person. if you're sending msgs and they're not being answered, i would back off a little. if you're the one getting freaked out by too many msgs, you'll have to tell them. hopefully in a nice way. unless they go psycho on you! some people are just more aggressive than others. some people are used to texting more than others.
xpaperxcutx Posted July 28, 2008 Posted July 28, 2008 Okay here are the supposed ground rules: If you don't know the person very well calling or even texting every day would get you marked as a stalker. Only call to either A make a date or B to confirm time or date. After the date, if there is a chemistry leave a little text telling them you had a great time and that you would want to do it again some time. Leave it at that. Give them a few days apart, then call or text to say a short hi or how are you doing to raise interest. But don't I repeat, don't bombard them with phone calls or texts saying you miss them and want to see them blah blah, they'd blocked your #. Capische?
Author tm83 Posted July 28, 2008 Author Posted July 28, 2008 some days she is IM or text happy the next I send just one and theres no reply. I dont bombard or anything, and its not even I miss you kind of stuff...just hey hows your day going stuff.

Author tm83 Posted July 28, 2008 Author Posted July 28, 2008 actually yes. you responded to my other post so you kind of know the background on this. but we constantly play phone tag when trying to call because of schedules. I actually prefer calling.
