notgoodatthis Posted July 25, 2008 Posted July 25, 2008 :confused:Hi, I'm not here to be judged, I'd just like to share an observation. My girlfriend last year went on vacation and cheated on me seemingly with no second thoughts what so ever. We broke up and since then, I've had sex with 5 women. Of those 5 women, 2 were married and one had a live-in boyfriend. One of the married women, I met on a business trip and the girl with the boyfriend is someone I used to work with and I hooked up with her when I travelled home to visit. The other married woman just came over and then went back to her husband. It seems to me that women are opportunists who are more inclined to cheat if they know there are no strings attached. This gives me a bleak outlook on whether or not I can trust again. Your thoughts?

If you're so against cheating why are you helping the women cheat on their SOs?
grogster Posted July 25, 2008 Posted July 25, 2008 Yes, you do seem to want to have your cake and eat it too. Yes, married women cheat. That should surprise no one. The issue is whether you should facilitate their infidelities. It takes two to tango.

Ive known more married men cheating on their spouses than married women. sometimes married men with married women. I believe what goes around comes around. It seems every bad thing I have done to somebody has come back on me 10 fold. So I am a big beleiver in Karma. I havent met to many people who hasnt cheated on someone they dated or were married to.

What does that make you for sleeping with married women?
silvergirl Posted July 25, 2008 Posted July 25, 2008 You want to know if you can trust again????? Well who can trust you?

StartingOver07 Posted July 25, 2008 Posted July 25, 2008 Avoid unfaithful women. Ding, ding, ding. We have a winner! Seriously, I am not understanding what the question is. Your gf cheated, which clearly had to have been painful. Your "solution" has been to engage in casual sex with several women, 3 of whom were committed to someone else. Sounds like a recipe for avoiding situations where you can be hurt. If your observation is that some women cheat, well... yes, that's true. If your observation is that some men don't mind having sex with woman who are married or otherwise committed, well... yes, that's true, too. What's your goal?
Ruby Slippers Posted July 25, 2008 Posted July 25, 2008 It sounds like you're testing out whether all women cheat. Plenty do, sure, and if you try to have sex with committed women looking to cheat, you will probably succeed (and clearly have). But not all women cheat. I never have, no matter how bad a relationship got. I take commitment very seriously, and I can't ever see myself cheating on someone. If things were beyond repair, I would leave and have done so, but would not cheat and never have.
