I was just curious on what kinds of excersizes would help get the calf muscle toned. I have pretty decent legs, but my calfs need some work. They used to look so nice and pretty and now, I don't know what the hell happened. Must of been an industrial accident. HEHEHEHe. Any help would be great. Thank you.

You can either make your calves larger....or you can reduce your overall bodyfat. Those are the only two possibilities...there is no "tone" characteristic you can train. So...what is it you want?

I want calfs that are smaller and toned. That is it. They now, I dont know if they look proportionate with my body or not. I guess they look okay with the way they are, but in clothes like skirts, they look alittle big.

If you want them smaller....you can either cease being active, thus causing muscle atrophy.....or drop bodyfat and hope that you're storing a ton of it in your calves (not likely).

 

I'm still not sure what it is you want, or if it is even feasible.

releves releves releves:) best thing in the world for your calves. or, stand at the edge of a stair, with your toes at the end, and just raise up and down.or a book if you dont have access to stairs. works wonders, and since you have already developed muscle, it will develop fast again:)
