Do we have all have self esteme issues during a breakup....both the leavers and the left behind???

As attractive and in shape as I am.....I definetly have doubts about my apperance and character.

Am I not funny enough, romantic enough, do I fair share of chores around the house and be perceived as lazy, is my slowing losing my hair a real issue with middle aged woman????

I am now in competition with the greener pastures.....and how do I stand up????

I definetly have self esteme issues.....never used to ....but I do now.

After a breakup most people go into a "who am I?" phase. You don't seem to really know what happened, there's this moment where you start asking yourself questions as to what led to the end of the relationship and you start doubting things. And as you ponder more and more, you seem to not even recognise yourself and you go out looking for that. It's normal for to feel that way, the problem is some people change drastically after a breakup, a happy go lucky guy can turn into a depressed person. A depressed person could become a happy go lucky person. It's all natural.

Also I believe the one who breaks up has it a lot less hard. The one who breaks up, in fact, has thought about it a lot before doing it wich makes them stronger than the dumpee, who usually starts asking himself questions and end up in the wrong part of his mental.

Also, just keep it tight and keep a smile. See things positively, you'll see that esteem coming back. Stop asking yourself questions and have some fun.
