4 months today!! Hell yeah!!

Well it's been 4 months today since we had the talk, and I left only to get a text message a short while later telling me she couldn't do this anymore!!

 

I know I will get some ****, probably from Kizik how I shouldn't be counting the day's? HaHa!

 

I just thought I would come on here on this day and tell everyone that it does get better!! I know I know that we here that all the time, and alot of you are thinking that there is no way you will ever feel better, especially the one's who are fresh out of a break-up!

 

I am living proof that things do get better with time! It takes awhile and alot of tears and talks with your friends or family!

 

Although I am not 100% healed and ready to date again, I am well on my way!

 

So keep your head up, keep the NC by whatever means neccesary, and post your ass off here at Ls, cause if you keep it bottled up inside you will eat yourself up!!!

Thanks wareagle, you are an inspiration to a lot of us who are currently NC, who have struggled with NC, and everyone in between.

 

Personally, I am in a different mindset than previously (when I was in contact with her). I've come to a new realization that my ex is totally off her rocker and that I don't need her in my life to be happy.

Trust me, on Sept. 4th I will know it has been 4 months for me. You don't forget the date you broke up. It's a milestone, a landmark. And I'm willing to bet she thinks about May 4th as well. All I was kind of jabbing at was things like, "I'm at day 76 of NC." Seems a bit extreme.

 

Congrats on being alive and relatively well, despite what's happened to you, war.

It's so hard to see that things will get better with time, because I'm right now in what feels like my darkest hour, but thanks for the uplifting post. Gives me hope.

Hey Tea, thanks, it's been hard and I it takes awhile to take them off that pedestal we put them on and realize how dysfunctional they really were! I have come to the realize that my ex is one crazy bitch, and I to am lucky to be out of her life!

 

Kiz, you have been an inspiration since the day I signed up here! I love to read you posts! Keep rollin man you will get there!!

 

Rawkwell, it's going to be a long hard road buddy, but you have to look inside yourself for the strength to handle yours! You have come to the right place, and if you listen and follow the advice of everyone here (well except Y) lol, you will get there, the main thing is NO CONTACT NO CONTACT NO CONTACT!!! Good luck man!!
