Justifying your actions and any promise your BF makes are not related subject.

He is saying that you are seeking others to tell you you are right in how you are reacting to this issue.

 

Your BF going behind you back about something he promised not to do isn't something Jack Jack thinks you are on here to try to justify.

 

The fact that you are struggling with words you don't have a good grasp on (such as justify) is also making it hard for us to help you. What is your native language? Maybe someone on here speaks it and can help by advising you in your native language?

And no, my marriage doesn't suck. We have issues yes, as every normal married couple has. But we're learning and we're not selfish and we're not close-minded. And most of all, we're willing to grow.

 

If you're happy with yourself, then why are you here whining that he still doesn't talk to you? Again, why are you guys still together?

I think you should call it quits with your bf and find another one who will never watch porn behind your back. I think that's what you want to hear! Go for it. You are not overreacting in any way. Maybe you can punish him by not letting him play with his PS3 until you move out and make him go to bed hungry. Serves him right. You were also being dishonest by pretending to be sleeping, but you get a pass to do as you please and make the rules.

To me a girl trying to stop a guy from watching it is one step removed from mind control and telling him he can't ever have a stray thought about another girl. The two had an agreement. If he didn't want to abide by it, he shouldn't have agreed to it. Breaking an agreement, is a violation of trust. He also had the ability of attempting to renegotiating the deal. Instead, he took the cowards way out by violating trust. Not acceptable.

 

Porn isn't a need like food and water, that she's depriving him of. Personal selfish wants don't trump relationship agreements.

If a guy feels this way he should be sinlge or find a girl willing to be with someone who isn't satisfied with being 100% commited to them. A guy wanting to watch porn isn't fair to the SO.

Porn isn't tantamount to cheating. It's no different from fantasizing about other people which everyone in a relationship does at some point or another. Having a porn addiction is one thing, but this guy just sounds normal. I agree that he shouldn't have broken his girlfriend's trust, but it's somewhat understandable given that her original request was unreasonable.

Wow if your career is a lawyer like you say, I hope you learn some better ethics than this. Not many people will hire you if you act like this. Is this how you'll represent clients? Calling them names and cussing them out is sure to get you alot of places in life. :rolleyes:

Then they looked at the responses, both agreed that the *******s had indeed been cunts, and the money was handed over. I guess that's the kind of crazy bets they make in Lawyer-Land.

Now she's off spreading her special brand of "wisdom".

I came across a post last night where a girl was upset because a past female friend of her BF was seen having lunch with her BF while she was out of town. He had supposedly dusted this friend off after she was rude to the OP (rude to his GF). When she asked him who he had hung out with while she was gone, he omitted it.

The OP of this post prattled on in response about how it is easier to fix other people's problems and that perhaps the OP could talk to her friend about it.

It totally flew by her that the girl isn't the OP's friend; its her BF's friend.

I think the concept of people having opposite gender friends while in a relationship is unheard of to her.
