Dannielle2004 Posted July 30, 2003 Posted July 30, 2003 I HAD A FRIEND AND WE WERE BESTFRIENDS AND THEN SHE MET ONE ON MY FRIENDS AND THEY STARTED DATING AND SHE BLEW ME OFF. I HAVEN'T TALKED TO HER IN 5MONTHS AND I REALLY MISS HER. WHAT TO DO??
quankanne Posted July 30, 2003 Posted July 30, 2003 send a card or note letting her know that you're thinking of her, that you miss her and to give you a holler when she gets a chance. it's easy to get caught up in a new relationship and let other relationships fall to the side because you're concentrating so hard on the new one. To me, a true friendship survives those kinds of situations, because it is open and forgiving, and allows for real life to interfere. Some of my friends I don't hear from for months at a time, but I still consider them very near and dear to me. my guess is that your best friend will appreciate that you are willing to stay friends even if she gets sidetracked from time to time ...
