CHANTRESS Posted July 5, 2008 Posted July 5, 2008 Hi all. After reading so many stories about NC I realize it is defientely something I need to do. The man I am currently 'involved" with is married. I am attempting to end our affair. He is not moving toward a divorce or separation and I am tired of being his "B PLAN". Please don't judge me. An affair is not as cut and dried to get out of as some might think. The problem is he always manages to suck me back into thinking he's not "happy".All the usual B.S. that goes along with affairs. I am so unhappy without him, yet miserable with him too because he's not mine.
ioncebelieved Posted July 5, 2008 Posted July 5, 2008 Sweetie, I had me one of those with a Married woman!! I guess I was the B plan for almost two years!! If you ever need someone to talk to, I am here for you!! I know the feeling of second best and it sucks!!! Hope is what kept you in that relationship. OH I KNOW THE FEELING!!! STAY STRONG!!
Author CHANTRESS Posted July 5, 2008 Author Posted July 5, 2008 Thank you IOB. It is hard indeed when you believe with all your heart they mean what they say. It has been just over three years for me, however we were friends before he married. My heart just can't take it anymore. He is to go on holiday with his wife and children for 10 days and last night I told him to not contact me anymore. I hope I can get through this rough patch.
ioncebelieved Posted July 5, 2008 Posted July 5, 2008 People will have you believe the Stigma about stooping so low to be with a married individual, but if yours was like mine there is much more to the story. I was lied to when I went through my divorce over two years ago by the married woman. She said that she was separated and getting a divorce too. By the time I found out the truth, I was in LOVE with her. In her defense, she didn't lead me on with words, but her actions did.... which I guess IS WORSE!! If you think it is over that is, you are in for a big surprise!!! Mine still is playing games and she hurt me pretty good over 5 days ago. I went NC after that.
