Love_Forest Posted July 5, 2008 Posted July 5, 2008 here is my old story http://www.loveshack.org/forums/showthread.php?t=155633&page=3 and the present is here We are going to meet for a coffee next week. How to make to be together. I really love him and I want him back! Thanks for reading, any advice would be much appreciated.
fiser360 Posted July 5, 2008 Posted July 5, 2008 I just think you should play it cool. And see how the meeting goes. Then if all goes well, maybe set up another time to meet.
Author Love_Forest Posted July 8, 2008 Author Posted July 8, 2008 to give him a hug or to shake the hands like in business?
justaman99 Posted July 8, 2008 Posted July 8, 2008 Don't shake his hand. come on this isn't business. Give him a nice little hug and a smile and just see what happens. Let it roll. Don't sweat it.
orangesean Posted July 8, 2008 Posted July 8, 2008 I have a question... did you or the ex ask to get coffee? My ex sort of asked me out of no where when I was talking to her about some money matters to clear up to get coffee, and it all turns out she just wanted me back. So coffee I guess turned to something more. But the reason I ask that is a lot of time in real life if I see ex's meeting, if the girl (or the dumper) asks for coffee, they may be having second thoughts. If the dumpee asks for coffee they may be in for a begging session. And if it's the guy who asks for coffee, dumper or dumpee, it seems to me the guy might just be looking for sex (but that might not always be true.) Anyways best of luck, I see no reason for people to be unhappy, especially if they feel they can work it out.
Author Love_Forest Posted July 8, 2008 Author Posted July 8, 2008 i was asking for a coffee and he said yes, and he fixxed the day and the time and myself the place. i want him for a relation not just fun (sex)
orangesean Posted July 8, 2008 Posted July 8, 2008 I don't know, you may be in luck then. The only thing that concerns me is in your other thread it seems like he keeps prolonging the coffee date.
Author Love_Forest Posted July 9, 2008 Author Posted July 9, 2008 we had 3+1/2 hrs coffee, walk around city, talking.....
justine4 Posted July 9, 2008 Posted July 9, 2008 we had 3+1/2 hrs coffee, walk around city, talking..... Did you discuss the relationship and the chances of getting back together, or was it a friendly and relaxed chat? From the stuff I've read about the first meeting after you've split up and you want to work it out, the advice is to keep things light, don't refer back to the relationship but show you've a positive outlook on things. If the other person brings up the topic of the relationship then talk about it. I guess its to keep the pressure off the other person. How did you feel it all went? I hope it went exactly how you wanted it to
Author Love_Forest Posted July 9, 2008 Author Posted July 9, 2008 i did not talk about relation, It was like first date. he said he had good time and he wants to meet again. Myself I had good time too. and i really want to meet him again...
Author Love_Forest Posted July 14, 2008 Author Posted July 14, 2008 he did not call me yet. should i wait or should I call him to see when we meet?
orangesean Posted July 14, 2008 Posted July 14, 2008 You should call, it's been a little while, maybe too long? You might want to consider asking up front about the relationship soon though.
Author Love_Forest Posted July 14, 2008 Author Posted July 14, 2008 i was calling him today, he was up to meet and he has a nice plan for a romantic dinner let"s see what we will have...... oh I lost my optimism.... life is hard...but I want him....
Author Love_Forest Posted August 7, 2008 Author Posted August 7, 2008 we are still dating, like the begin of our relation. Now he wants to visit me at home but I do not know what to do because we did not discussed about the relation
