ioncebelieved Posted July 4, 2008 Posted July 4, 2008 That your ex loves mind ****ing you???? I guess for me it took quite a lot as she stills tries to every chance she gets to screw with me. Examples: I went out of town to New Orleans to visit my brother and the day I got down there she calls. Next day while I was out at a casino, she calls again. The weekend goes by and I contact her on Monday, because I felt it was safe and there was still hope. Calling her or even answering any of her calls was stupid!!!!! After talking to her on Monday, I felt like complete crap!!! The next day she sends me a few text messages that I finally and smartly ignore. The exs seem to know when to attack, what to say and what not to say! During our conversation I was and still am seeking closure of some kind. I asked her just to say that she wanted me out of her life for good, which she never did. Her calling me while I was on vacation was a low blow because she knew I was out with my brother and I had not seen him in a while. I have vowed NC for good now and only way she would ever talk to me is if she shows up at my door (it was a LDR) or say something/ and back it up with actions that were soooo wonderful, I couldn't refuse!! Question for all: What is it going to take for you to see that your ex loves playing games with you as you try and move on??? Cruel thing is they have moved on already or in my case lied about getting a divorce and stayed put while you suffer. Their life is okay, but they don't mind you hanging on by a string. NC is truly the only way and I am going on day 4 tomorrow because I am very tired of being hurt.

She will try to f**k with me for sure, but it will backfire because I have vanished from her life and no matter how hard she tries, she will never get me back in any capacity. That makes me feel pretty good.

Whether it is an ego builder for them or they do miss you, it makes no difference of why they do it because the result is the same for your a$$= PAIN It would be very hard right now to say hell with her if she ever came correct, but I know in time I will say differently and the end game would be great to tell her when she pops back around, "What is it that you want? Because I left long ago and too bad for you!"
