JustinWolf Posted July 2, 2008 Posted July 2, 2008 Love ain't what it used to be Cuz all you gotta do is listen to me My words, my weapon, my lyrics, the way I see Hit it off, the spark we really lit And as time went off, so did the relationship Now as time flew by, pain in my chest and tears in my eyes Thinking where you are, days and nights Now it all seem so wrong cuz damn it doesn't feel right Missing everything about you even the little fights As I grew strong I learnt to keep it tight But meanwhile You was with him, just doing things And I heard about them and I thought it was just a fling One day you'd forget about it and come back But you never did and once again I fell just like that But this time, I envision you to never be mine Cuz these thoughts that ran throught my mind Words and verses that were lost through a rhyme Now you getting married, ready to cross that line ... bang! Ah, yes writing always makes it a lot more easier.
Tabatha Posted July 2, 2008 Posted July 2, 2008 Good poem!! I write alot too. It helps alot when you want to get things off your chest but in a creative way.
Author JustinWolf Posted July 3, 2008 Author Posted July 3, 2008 it's more like lyrics but yea I guess that's a form of poetry too. Just had to write something to get things off my chest, there's no pain... a bit of regret maybe. Life goes on, it's either that or just keep on mournin and screwin up the days ahead of us. ^^
