Now, she is officially staying away and it would be a permanent LD relationship. I know for sure I want to end it but I'm still not sure how. I'm visiting for the 4th of July holiday. I feel like I should do it now though. Sort of a "I know now, so why not now" sort of thing. I feel like every day I wait to end it is a horrible thing that I'm doing to her. Should I wait till I go there - on the last day? Or, should I do it now and not go?

Read your other post, collegelife1989... Not sure what "she is officially staying away and it would be a permanent relationship" means, as your other post made no mention of that being an issue...

However, which ever way you handle the break up, do it personally -- by phone or in person, not by IM, text, letter, etc.

Be prepared for fall-out with her sisters -- it's a given with the "incestuous" nature of your relationship. Nothing you can do about it -- they'll have to figure out how to handle the change and who's side to be on. But, I would hope you would have realized the risk of this happening when you got into a relationship with their sister.

If you decide to break up before next weekend, then I think you should cancel your trip. The "news" will put a real damper on the "festivities" and there's no sense rubbing your g/f's nose in it, or making her feel worse than she already will.

Sounds as though "it's already over" in your mind, so it seems cruel for you to pretend everything's okay and then drop the bomb on her the last day of your visit, so I guess I would vote for breaking the news ASAP and then deal with the consequences.

HTH,

TMichaels
