My ex and I broke up about 6 weeks ago and I have been BLUE!!!!!! But I met this guy, who I have actually known for a while- friend of a friend. I didn't really get to know him until this past week. He is awesome and we both really like each other :) The bad part is, his wife left him about 9 months ago and he seems to be doing well, but I know that he is in a lot of pain.

He says that he really likes me, but he doesn't want to get serious with me and I am still kinda grieving over my ex. Although, I'm grieving a hell of a lot less since the new guy came in to play. But, damn, this guy is SMOKING hot, hilarious, smart, interesting ... I have been more candid and open to this guy than with the ex, because I was so insecure about losing him (for good reason). I would be crazy not to use this opportunity for the best rebound ever, but I am kind of afraid of getting hurt on his end, cause I could easily see myself falling for this guy.

It's an enviable problem to have I know, but anyone have thoughts?

If you go into a new relationship without having gotten over the ex, you will inevitably bring that baggage into the new one. Not fair to the Hot Man. So, give it time and take things slowly. :)
