Been dating a guy for 10 months now -- he's wonderful. we started off just crazy mad for each other, and now it seems to be fizzling down. not sure if we're just getting into that 'comfort phase' of the relationship -- spending almost every day together, or what. but he isn't "courting me" like he used to -- random cute "can't get you out of my head" texts throughout the day, asking me questions about specific things happening in my life, bringing me flowers just because. it's all stopped. The biggest thing that i've noticed, is he has a really hard time just sitting and talking with me -- it seems there has to be some sort of distraction, like the TV, or his blackberry, or something. we were at dinner the other night, and instead of sitting and talking, he wanted to play tic-tac-to and hang-man on the paper tablecloth. i get it, it's fun, but i don't feel we're connecting like we used to, just sitting and having a conversation. the sex has dwindled, too, to about once a week, and i'm ALWAYS the initiator. he makes up excuses as to why he doesn't want to have sex -- he's full, he's tired, he has to pee... it's like, GEEZ! you're a guy... don't all you guys want sex morning noon and night? is it me but the worst thing, for me, is that when he tells me he loves me, he doesn't look me in the eyes. he looks past me, behind me. it's very strange, and i'm really concerned. is he falling out of love with me? or is he just becoming more comfortable, and we're getting into a relationship routine? he is a wonderful man, very thoughtful and kind, and funny. i just am starting to see this side of him that scares me a bit, like now that he has me he no longer has to try any advice would be greatly appreciated. sorry about my long post! **also, not sure if this makes a difference, but he's from another country, so it could be a cultural thing oh, and we're both 26. HELP!
