LolitaAnastasia Posted June 19, 2008 Posted June 19, 2008 I told my boyfriend about the new play that I'm involved in. Which he seems kind of interested. I then told him that my character is married to my tutor (for uni) character. My boyfriend then started to tease me by saying "Oh so the story is that your characters are neighbours and you meet at the corner of the street, then hold hands and your dog holds hands." I found it kind of disturbing when he said such a thing, considering my tutor is in his 60s and I'm only 24. Also I class my tutor as one of my good friends. Has anyone had this kind of experience?
Enema Posted June 19, 2008 Posted June 19, 2008 I don't see anything in there that implies anything untoward or should make you feel disturbed. Guilty conscience?
xpaperxcutx Posted June 19, 2008 Posted June 19, 2008 it would be creepy if he said something relating to rape, sm, etc... I don't see why it would raise eyebrows that he said something about holding hands... maybe you took it out of context.
porter218 Posted June 20, 2008 Posted June 20, 2008 I don't see anything in there that implies anything untoward or should make you feel disturbed. Guilty conscience? I second that. Especially given the fact that you call yourself "lolita"
Author LolitaAnastasia Posted June 20, 2008 Author Posted June 20, 2008 Hee hee, My name is Lolita (sad parents right?) lol. I did have a crush on my tutor when I was 17 but that was it. LOL. So I find it kind of embarassing that my boyfriend mentioned a scenerio like that. I don't know it I guess I was a bit hasty in making it sound disturbing when I knew he was joking.
porter218 Posted June 20, 2008 Posted June 20, 2008 Maybe your bf was worried you might live up to your name..lol. But really I just found it strange that it bothered you when he was only talking about holding hands. Unless you "edited" what he said to you.
