I've gone 4 weeks NC. Today I'm seriously tempted to view her facebook profile. Please convince me otherwise? Please?

Don't do it. Delete yourself off of her facebook and put her on ignore that way you won't be tempted. NO good can come of you looking at her profile! It'll only make you feel sad, bad and miss her more.

Hang in there, this will pass soon...

DON'T DO IT!

You know how much that upset you the last time you looked. Don't put yourself through it again, no good will come of it.

You know that there will only be happy pictures on there. No one uses their profile to display how miserable their lives are. She may not be as happy as facebook will make it look, but that's the image that will be burned into your brain. You don't need to see it.

Block yourself from it. Do something else. You can do it, you've managed 4 weeks.

Yeah I think you should delete yourself and maybe send her a quick text or email saying it's simply what you have to do, for you. No hard feelings etc. Just so she knows you don't hate her (unless you do).

Thankfully the urge has passed. She's not on my friends list, but we are on the same network. Won't do it. It'll only cause a sleepless night. Thanks all.

No, that's breaking NC and there's no point in him sending her a note.

Crazy how you can feel fine one minute and then ache for her the next isn't it? The memories have almost faded too. Can't really remember what she sounds like. It's only been 6 weeks. So sad.

I totally agree with whichwayisup. Do what you have to do. Some people see blocking someone as immature. I think people take facebook too seriously.

Delete your facebook profile and get away from the temptation if you can't control yourself. Stay far, far away.

Don't do it homie, don't do it, you come along way in 4 weeks why set yourself back? I can honestly say it get's easier as time goes by! Trust me on that!!!

Just block her.. it's as simple as that.

Go to your privacy settings, and type in her name to block her profile..

That way, you can't see her page and vice versa.. unless you make the effort to go back into your settings and unblock her.

If you don't block her, then you must enjoy self torture.. cause there's no reason to be looking at her profile page. You're just gonna hurt yourself.
