Hey.. wait a minute... this is not a bad idea at all...

If you have a biotch in your life.. get in bed with her husband ... to make it up to her.. :D

Now... that's a good idea.. thanks..

You might be doing her a favor. He will be in a better mood from getting some. Seriously I don't know how he could stand to live with this woman, no one else at school can stand her either.

It's one thing to display this type of behavior in your own life, but to bring it into an environment that involves kids...

.

No offense, but did you graduate from a 4-year college? How is me making out with another teacher on a Saturday night at a bar 45 minutes outside of town in a secluded area bringing it displaying this outside of my own life and into an environment that involves kids?

OK, do you people know how to read? I made out with an adult teacher, give me a break. I have never had any inclination to make out with a student.

"His girlfriend, a student in my 4th period geometry class, gave me a snotty look one day when I was giving out homework, so I thought I would get her back by screwing her bf."

(The young man, also the JV football teams star running back, declined comment).

I love it.

Yes, remember your own words. I have a feeling this one is going to come back and bite you. And you will have deserved it.

Hope it was worth it.

1. I stated it wasn't going to happen again.

2. No one else at school knows about it.

So how is this one going to come back and bite me? If he calls and wants to get together, I'll just say "no" and that's the end of it. We made out, he had some fun with a fun person for a night, a total of 15 minutes of making out with me must have been heaven for this poor guy married to a wretch.

Uh, no correlation, hon. I made out with a 44 year old man, not an underage student. Teachers are just people like anyone else, we're not saints.

What you are describing is a crime. I didn't commit a crime by making out with a 44 year old man at a bar 45 minutes outside of town. I do not think of my students in this way, it's not the same type of thinking.

It's funny how people are judging me harshly simply because of my JOB. Suddenly now I'm a statuatory rapist.

So you're putting me in the category of a statuatory rapist simply because I made out with a guy.

If I had stated I was a computer engineer who made out with a married computer engineer, you wouldn't be stating that I was a statuatory rapist and that I was a bad computer engineer.

My job has nothing to do with this.

thanks. I'm not really interested in him, I was just having fun. I am leaving it alone.

Hey people, those accusing me of having no morals and putting me to the level of a statuatory rapist, guess what? Underage drinking is illegal. There were a group of 10 teachers there and our principal and they were all drinking...gasp...alcohol. Does that mean we are all base human beings because our students are not of age to drink and this means we are all going back to school on Monday and corrupting young people? This is the same logic you are applying to me. By the way, we drove 2 vehicles and had designated drivers.

no.. no.. (I agree about the 'favour') but I mean.. I would sleep with her husband and then would make sure she finds out (like you... though.. no one would know it's me who set him up)... just to get back at her.. :D

No, I don't want it to get around to other teachers. She would tell everyone, it would get to my principal and then I'd really be f**ked (which didn't happen last night, people, just making out.)

I don't really feel justified. But she really has been snotty to me all year for no good reason other than one of my autistic students is in her class and she has told me several times he doesn't belong in her class because he is an imbecile (yes, she used those words. This child has a high IQ and has a personal assistant helping him so it's not affecting her class negatively in any way.) I said it wasn't going to happen again, but I can see why her husband would want to stray having to live with this woman.

Also, again, my job is separate from my personal life. I am teaching kids reading and writing, so my morality has nothing to do with it.

There are teachers who are Republican and believe that we should go on with the war in Iraq...so I don't believe in their personal philosophies and moralities, does this mean they shouldn't be teaching and has anything to do with their teaching abilities whatsoever? No.

I don't have MySpace, I don't advertise my lifestyle to my students. I have great rapport with students and respect from parents and administration, and I spend hours preparing lessons to best benefit my students' learning.

Like I said, teachers are just human, it doesn't mean I have this warped morality. We all make mistakes. It's not like you are perfect. I'm sure if we looked at your past, you aren't as pristine and perfect as you would like everyone to believe and your morals could also be questioned.

Um, it was a joke?

And I am judging you NOT because of your job (though it is disturbing that someone with sense of morality is in charge of teaching children), but because I think you are total trash for saying that his wife was bitchy to you so you feel justified in fooling around with her husband. That honestly is the most F'ed up thing I've ever heard on here, and there have been some doozies.

Honestly, it's women like you that give the rest of us a bad name.

OK - why don't you go to the "infidelity" section and call all those women total trash. I am not trash, you are for stating that about me. I am a good person and good at my job and nothing you say can change that. You can't make judgments about my job ability and who I am based on this thread. I am not trash and I don't call other people that. Maybe you should go back to school and learn manners.

I'm going to answer that by using your own words:

your behavior will come back to get you, haha.

And I don't care if you made out with him for five minutes. It's your gloating attitude that will come back to bite you somehow, some day.

No class.

Why are people so stupid ?

LEAVE TEACHERS ALONE.

What she does in her private life has nothing to do with her ability to teach.

You only made out with him don't feel bad it is not a big deal. I am sure a lot of women that are judging you are doing so because in their lives they have been total sluts. This is just their way to feel better about themselves.

I find it even more disturbing that people capable of promoting that sort of logic are having children in the first place.

I don't have children of my own yet. However, I don't see how teachers out drinking alcohol is really that different. I made one mistake, which has no effect on my students.

Jilly Bean has premarital sex, by her own admission. Lots of people think it is morally wrong to have premarital sex. So, she has really low morals and is total "trash" to many people.

It's all in your perspective.

There are no clear cut answers.

I made out with a married coworker who is unhappy in his marriage. We didn't have sex. I already stated I wasn't going to do it again.

A bunch of teachers were out drinking alcohol. Lots of people are morally against drinking alcohol. So, we are all trash to those people.

What I did isn't any worse, judge not yest ye be judged I guess.

OK, thanks. I am admitting I made a mistake. I got too friendly with a coworker. I didn't get what you are saying.

And maybe you should go back to school and learn that GOOD people don't make out with married men because their wives were "snotty." People have affairs for a lot of reasons, but petty bitchiness is crap.

What I have learned in my life, is that if a woman is "snotty" to me, I generally ignore her. I don't make it a point to try and pick up her husband and then feel justified about doing it. Where you learned that it is appropriate to get with her husband and then feel she deserves it for being "snotty", is schooling I want no part of.

Karma, karma, karma, girlie. Please do report back on what the Universe will bring you for this one. I am sure it will be grand and appropriate.

And IMO, your morality has EVERYTHING to do with how effective you are at your job. You are not doing data entry, or flipping burgers at McD's. You are responsible for shaping young minds - for helping to teach them right from wrong. And if this is how you feel GOOD people behave, then no one is going to teach you right from wrong at this stage of your life.

And let me refresh your memory. Here was your opening post:

I don't feel really guilty since his wife has been rude and snotty to me all year and I could see why he would want some relief from her (she is totally bitchy, lol.)

it was secret revenge against this teacher who has been a total ass to me.

That is just so screwed up!

Teachers are, by their very nature, role models for the children and teenagers they teach. How they conduct themselves inside, and outside, of the classroom is highly relevant.
