loomis Posted June 6, 2008 Posted June 6, 2008 so I've been on the NC for about a week now with my Ex. you can read my other post called "Sound like a second chance?" Anyway I always put all of her mail on her car. I told her this so that we wouldn't see each other. In fact I did last night and now I got a text from her saying "do I have any mail?" Do I just ignore it? I think she's trying to find a way to talk to me. Or do I just simply say "no" Help me please I don't want to do anything stupid.
kizik Posted June 6, 2008 Posted June 6, 2008 Be respectful! Tell her yes, she has mail. Leave it at that. Don't ignore people, it's rude.
Author loomis Posted June 6, 2008 Author Posted June 6, 2008 yeah but I already put her mail on her car. I told her she didn't need to ask me , I would just put it on her car. shes probably just trying to to talk to me somehow

If you both agreed to your car method, and she knows that you do this, then her phone text is superfluous. No need to reply; be strong. By the way, why do you have to print out her emails for her? If you broke up, she should have her own account. This sounds like a ridiculous excuse for her to stay in touch with you. Don't be her errand boy.
Author loomis Posted June 6, 2008 Author Posted June 6, 2008 No like her mail, mail. We lived together at my parents, she changed her mailing address, then things at my parents house sucked cause I have an annoying family, and she moved to a friends house. Neither of us made enough money to move out with our dog. ANYWAY lol so after we broke up she was telling me "oh just call me and Ill come get my mail" I told her "no, Ill just put it on your car" this was like a month ago. Its been a week since I started the NC with her though.
brightskies Posted June 6, 2008 Posted June 6, 2008 Gotcha. Well, that's awfully decent of you. Keep NC nonetheless. You can always consolidate her mail in a package and mail it to her if you really want to avoid seeing her. How come she can't use her current address for mail?
Author loomis Posted June 6, 2008 Author Posted June 6, 2008 thanks lol. Well lemmie ask you, I put her mail on her friends car last night because he's wasn't there. As I was driving home I saw her car at one of her friends house. I know her and her friend she lives with were over there. So my question is, when she got home do you think she got the mail off her friends car? I mean should I just say "no I put it on her car last night" and just have that be that?
Author loomis Posted June 6, 2008 Author Posted June 6, 2008 I donno, she doesn't get that much mail, I don't really care dropping it off. I never see her though. I usually do it at night just in case. I'm moving to california in two months so I might just have to tell her to go to the post office and get that form that sends all your mail to your new address. I want to tell her this. i don't want to come off as rude but at the same time I don't want come off as a pussy ya know? I just want to keep my cool because I want her to want to want me lol. Im trying to be sly
brightskies Posted June 6, 2008 Posted June 6, 2008 Should I just say, "no I put it on her car last night" and just have that be that? That probably wouldn't hurt.
Author loomis Posted June 6, 2008 Author Posted June 6, 2008 Cool, I don't want to like get back with her,(right now anyway) but at the same time I just feel bad by not saying something i guess. even if she is acting dumb.
