How could you love everything about someone and not love them - is that possible? He hasnt said the words "I love you" yet. But twice has said I love everything about you..... Gee, how much more do you want to hear from this from this guy ? He is telling you that you are loveable in every which way. If you are still waiting for the formal announcement with all the commas in the right place then here it comes from him, to you ,via ME, " I love you" . Now go finish your homework. When I dated my girlfriend I rarely told her I loved her, I did tell her I loved everything about her, they are two different things. In reality I loved her character and personality, I didn't love her. I loved one part of her and nothing more. Why don't you ask him if he loves you? You'll know then. He is testing the waters right now. All of that aside, don't even worry about it.
