She works in the same company and at the same floor. She is in different department but I know her boss. She just started working few weeks ago and she and I came eye to eye couple times. I checked her times, and she did as well. There is definitely interest. She is a knock-out. But I am considered pretty handsome too. I lost my dating skills after several years of marriage. I don't want an absurd situation. I want to meet her. How? We sometimes cross each other at cafeteria or on hallways. what should I do? keep in mind that she works 2 aisles from my location:-) help ?

Well if she just started working there that's a pretty gift-wrapped conversation starter. You can pretend to have business on that part of the floor and say you've noticed her around, and ask her how she likes her new job.

You: Hi, you're new here....my name is [insert name here], I just wanted to stop by and introduce myself Her: Hi, I'm [insert her name here] You: Would you like to have lunch with me sometime, there's this great place in the neighborhood that only a few people know about.... Her: Sure!! It's really not that hard my friend. Build up the confidence, and just say hi and you're golden....... Worst that'll happen is that she'll say no, and it will be awkward with her forever!! haha, lol
