Kamille Posted May 30, 2008 Posted May 30, 2008 My favorite horoscope, freewillastrology.com, which I have mentionned before, tells me I am granted three wishes, no more no less. I believe that wishes are important. When I was a suicidal teenager I kept wishing for one thing and one thing only: "I want to be happy". As a result, I started paying attention to what made me happy, surrounding myself with people who make me happy, reading up on happyness whenever I can. I now get three other wishes, which to me is a lot! I mean, I am a firm believer in "be careful what you wish for". So I will avoid wishing for my ex back, as getting an ex back in the past proved to be disastrous. I have one down: I wish to do things with ease. (And in my mind doing things with ease involves having the strenght to do things with ease). I want to wish for something about love, and family. I just haven't figured out how to phrase it. And then I get another wish... NO idea. So, I'm wondering, if you were granted three wishes, what would you wish for?
4givrnt4gtr Posted May 30, 2008 Posted May 30, 2008 hm...I wish for the strenght to build up my character. I wish for joy and to be able to remember life IS good no matter how bad the heartache. And i wish to find respectful, honest and appreciative love. Is that too much to ask for?
roghornio Posted May 30, 2008 Posted May 30, 2008 1) Millions of dollars 2) world peace 3) unlimited wishes

Those are great wishes 4, and definitely not too much to ask for. A wish is a wish. I believe it is important to know what we want so that we can help things along on their way. roghornio 1) Millions of dollars 2) world peace 3) unlimited wishes So what are you going to do to help make those wishes come true Rog?
Author Kamille Posted May 30, 2008 Author Posted May 30, 2008 A lot of hard work and sleepless nights… Let me know if there's anything I can help with! (especially on the world peace front).
Nevermind Posted May 30, 2008 Posted May 30, 2008 1) I want to be able to start every day anew. Not burdened by the past, but not forgetting it either. I want my steps to be as light as if I had never known pain or hardship, yet be aware that there were both. 2) I want to have the power to walk away from things that are bad, and walk to things that are good. And the eyes to distinguish those things. 3) I want to forget fear and replace it with hope. Those are pretty egoistic, but writing world peace just wouldn't have been honest. Sorry.
foxh1234 Posted May 30, 2008 Posted May 30, 2008 I just want one wish. I want to go back 4 years in time and correct the mistakes that I made.

I want to go back 4 years in time and correct the mistakes that I made. well you won't go back in time, but you can learn from your mistakes anyways. And forgive yourself for making them. And then ... start anew, bigger and brighter.

I like these a lot... I think we do have the power to walk away from things that are bad - and it's important to remind ourself that we do. For awhile I wanted to be fearless... That's a tricky wish though. I think fear exists for a reason. Perhaps I could wish to be brave.

Storyrider Posted May 30, 2008 Posted May 30, 2008 I'm having a really hard time narrowing it down to three. 1. I wish my loved ones would have happy, healthy futures. 2. I wish I could have more passion and more discipline. 3. I wish that I could live free, with more courage to do things that are hard, and less doubt once I've decided to do them.
madgun68 Posted May 30, 2008 Posted May 30, 2008 Hmm.. I'll bite. 1) A good job that pays well and is satisfying. 2) Meet a woman with whom I could share a lifetime of love with. Stuff the third wish. That's all I want right there.
Trialbyfire Posted May 30, 2008 Posted May 30, 2008 I wish: That the entire world's population became one shade and tone of beige. This would ensure that racism dies the death it should. Knowing mankind, more than likely it would become culturalism instead...Grrrr...A lifetime of love and happiness with the perfect man for me (which means he's not perfect). A lifetime of love and happiness for everyone I love and/or care for.
Nemo Posted May 30, 2008 Posted May 30, 2008 1. A huge penis. 2. Lots of anal sex. 3. A tube of lube that never runs out. Not necessarily in this order, of course.
Lookingforward Posted May 30, 2008 Posted May 30, 2008 1) Millions of dollars 2) world peace 3) unlimited wishes whirled peas are overrated

Nemo Posted May 30, 2008 Posted May 30, 2008 is there a way to make millions with this? Then reach world peace? Who needs millions when you are in a state of perpetual ecstasy? As for world peace, I believe it's very hard to reach. I suspect it might be more than ten inches in. In other words, it will take lengthy and intensive negotiation.
