kellykellykelly Posted May 29, 2008 Posted May 29, 2008 Getting Them Sober by Toby Rice Drews. Amazon.com sells new and used ones that are pretty cheap. Don't let the title fool you. This book is great if your dealing with an alcoholic or not. It gives great advise on dealing with liars and manipulators. This book has helped me deal with lots of situations over the years. I highly recommend this book for OW or OM. Some chapter titles: No More Taking The Blame for His Drinking! (or anything else). Be Gentle with Yourself. Learn to Relax. Don't Be Afraid of Losing Him because Your Changing. Stop Arguing with Him (it works!). Do One Thing Every Day Just for Yourself. Use Tough Love. Confront Him! Accept Yourself. Mean What You Say and Say What You Mean. Deal with His Arrogance! Let the Crisis Happen. Stop Asking Permission! Don't Beg Him to Stay. More books..... "Don't Call That Man" by Rhonda Findling. "How to Heal a Broken Heart in 30 Days" by Howard Bronson and Mike Riley. "It's Called A Breakup Because It's Broken" and "He's Really Not That Into You" by Greg Behrendt & Amiira Ruotola-Behrendt
